Subdirect to Acquire Covalent Media Group

Leading marketing and customer acquisition company has acquired both CMG and Prospect America

FRESNO, CALIF. {February 28, 2019} – Subdirect LLC, a leading marketing and customer acquisition company, has acquired both Covalent Media Group, cofounded by Zack Bloom and Sean McCormick, and Prospect America (acquired by the same pair in 2018).

The purchase will help expand Subdirect’s existing suite of services, adding deep-seated relationships within the lead generation and traffic acquisition universes.

Adding to a portfolio that includes RewardBee, a leading customer survey and data insights platform, populating more than 5 million active member accounts of engaged consumers interacting with their favorite brands. Subdirect’s recent acquisition will add new layers of new web properties and ad-serving technology to the fold.
